Cocktails and drink list have been created by the award-winning bartender, David Debattista. Nominated for the best cocktail maker of the year 2014 with The Urban List. Ms Collins is available for private parties and birthdays of any size. From whole venue bookings to smaller groups, Ms Collins has up to 12 different rooms and spaces that can be closed off for your event. This includes the Dom Perignon Champagne Bar, The Ballroom and Little Ms Collins.

Ms Collins is good in the kitchen too! Her menu celebrates a diverse culinary vision with Pan Asian and Contemporary Australian cuisine, featuring some of Melbourne’s most highly coveted dishes with a twist. Set in the heart of the CBD, Ms Collins boasts a captivating space that can house up to 850 guests. Designed by Blackmilk Interiors and inspired by French socialite Ms Collins, the elaborate space evokes glamour and sexiness with the use of bold, opulent colours and bespoke art by street artist, Juan Mcarb.
