Frequently Asked Questions

We like to keep things pretty casual, however please be aware we do require all of our guests to observe a "smart casual" dress code. For the guys this means no singlets, shorts or thongs. For the ladies, no feather boas, no bridal veils or dress ups. If you have any questions regarding the dress code please give us a call.
The Champagne Room is not a BYO venue, we have a fully licensed bar with an extensive drinks selection.
You are more than welcome to bring a birthday cake, we do not charge for bringing your own cake.
Please let your staff in venue know if it is your birthday, we will always make your visit extra special.
There is metered 2 hour parking in the Surry Hills area.
We accept all major credit cards or cash. A surcharge fee of 1% applies for all card payments.
A bar tab can be started with a credit card and a valid driver's license or passport.
The Winery is a non-smoking venue, we ask patrons to vacate the venue if they wish to smoke.

Yes, we cater for dietary requirements. Please call our Reservations team to discuss your options, alternatively advise your waiter on the day.
We are not a halal certified restaurant. However some of our products are processed halal by the manufacturer. Our kitchens are unable to produce kosher meals but we would be happy for you to pre-order a kosher meal in advance of your visit to be delivered to site. Please call our reservations team to discuss the most suitable options.
The Winery and Champagne Room loading dock can be located on Campbell street, Surry Hills.
Children are welcome and must be with their legal guardian at all times. High chairs are available but limited; please do mention you are dining with children when booking.
We do not charge hire fees, we do however ask for a minimum spend on food and beverage to book the venue or space.
Yes, we offer a range of package options to suit all budget and these can be tailored to suit your requirements.
Yes, 30% of your minimum spend is required as a deposit to confirm your event.
All food and beverage is to be supplied by the venue.
Yes, gift vouchers can be purchased on our website. Please note they are not valid for functions & events.
